Performs General Visual/Detailed Inspection, Removal/Installation, Repair/replacement and Modification of aircraft seats and suite components (Economy/Premium Economy, Business class, First Class, Cabin Attendant and Crew Seats) based on approved maintenance program and customer contracts within the allotted ground time to ensure availability of aircraft during the scheduled output and/or scheduled flight in accordance with applicable repair/overhaul manuals/engineering publications, manufacturers’ specification and airworthiness directives. Performs fabrication of seat parts in accordance with approved Engineering specifications and drawings to support aircraft checks requirements and for stock where the section’s equipment may be utilized. Performs replacement/repair of decorative laminates on Fist class and Business class seats either for aesthetic purposes, customer discretion or damage above specified limits in accordance with approved maintenance documents. Perform part number provisioning as per Component maintenance manual IPL (illustrated part list). Assist calibration of seat as per approved reference by the customer. Evaluate all inspection findings weather Go or No-go items as per MEL (Minimum Equipment List). Ensure customer satisfaction to all the task that was perform by performing operational check and confident check. Executes all work assigned in an efficient and cost-effective manner in order to help maximize the utilization of the company’s resources of manpower, materials, equipment and facilities. Obtains all necessary hand tools that will be used pursuant to the assigned routine and non-routine work in accordance with approved checklist. Provides control and preventive maintenance measures to all company assigned tools and equipment to ensure serviceability at all times. Properly signs off work accomplishment in required records and accomplishes forms or documentation requirement, which may be needed in the performance of their duties. Keeps abreast with all work procedures, policies, standards, specifications, regulations as may be applicable on the component, equipment and other related accessories for compliance Coordinating in a safe manner an aircraft’s movement in the hangar and ramp area Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components Adjust, repair, rework, or replace parts and assemblies to eliminate malfunctions and ensure proper operation. Carry out minor and major inspections of aircraft systems in accordance with customers regulatory and customer’s requirements. Knowledgeable to use TRAX, AIRNAV, BOENG TOOLING, AMM, CMM and some function related in aviation Assisted in Servicing, Modification, repair, replacements, test, operation and inspection of aircraft components/items of equipment under supervision of Licensed Engineers and Team leaders. Determines defects/unsatisfactory condition present in aircraft diagnose their causes and performed necessary actions in accordance to the customer manuals for corrective actions. Accomplishes routine and non-routine checks in accordance with the customer maintenance program.
