December 2016 to present Project Engineer Duties include the following  In coordination of other division, prepare term of reference (TOR) that could help to implement the project effectively and efficiently, and guides and ensures that project team members adhere to these terms of reference  Organizes and maintains project documents so that acquired project managements  Defines list of activities required to handle each ET MRO engine maintenance capability development project and prepares assumptions, methodologies and timetables to be used in implementing projects.  Defines projects requirements tooling, facility and training requirements for the different level of engine capability.  Defined technical requirements ( Tooling, facility and training ) and provide to buyer for quotation RFQ and Prepare purchase order (PR) and follow status and delivery with coordination of purchasing team.  Prepares periodic report and /presentation on engine capability and discusses with the manager on the progress.  Coordinates and the evaluation/assessments of current and future maintenance capability in consideration of Ethiopian VISION 2025.  Develop cost effective Aircraft Tool & Equipment Design using CAD/CAM Engineering Analysis software’s (CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, AUTOCAD, CNC PROGRAMMING) in view of In-House manufacturing capability.  Prepare Aircraft Tool & Equipment Modifications compliance documents / Engineering orders for meeting manufacturer data.  Prepare Engineering certificate of equivalency for local Manufactured tools/Equipment and alternate tools/Equipment used for Aircraft maintenance.
