I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Major in Avionics Technology and since I graduated, I worked in the BPO/Customer Service industry for almost several years with different positions which has helped me to build my confidence, customer service skills and communication skills. I am a great team player and a quick learner. I am willing to explore and very easy to adapt. As an employee, I always do my best to go above and beyond what is expected of me.
