• Oversees all functions of the Base Maintenance Packaging and Planning. • Ensuring the team prepares Check Packages in accordance with the Maintenance Program, that all required packages, documents, spares and processes are in place. Review the content of the check package with the MRO and Operations to identify the TAT and critical path analysis. • Ensuring the team achieves the Check Packaging KPI and analyse any deviation. • Ensure the team coordinates all the documentation and other necessary requirement with MRO. Liaises with the Customer for any additional tasks such as Cabin Refurbishment Tasks, Weighing, Painting, etc. that need to be incorporated in the package. • Ensures that the MRO meets the contractual obligations, required facilities/services, spares provisioning and manpower specialization to perform the checks. • Prepare Monthly KPI Performance Review and Report to represent the achievements. Identify improvements in the contractual and operational commitments to the Customer. Also, drive and identify project improvement plans and cost saving initiative for the company and customer. • Involvement in Interface Manual review and enhancement of Processes according to the contractual and operational obligations. Produce the team's Internal Guidelines and ensure regular updates and briefing to the team. • Involve in creation of the Responsibility Internal Manual definition (Workscope and Job Value Review) • Contribute to the definition and implementation of measures within TSP/FTM to ensure quality, ensure safety and airworthiness compliance. • Contribute to the development of new services and identify new opportunities to improve operations efficiency.
