request. Evaluating for tasks Man-hour, turnaround time(TAT), Material cost. Preparing
Engineering Orders, creating task cards for all MPD, SB, AD, AMM, BTC, and others based
on customer requests. Handled a day to day planning of B787, B777, B737 and Total Care Customer Aircrafts
(Rwanda Air, Malawi Air, and Jambojet Air A/C.) with preparing for Long term, Medium
term and short term forecast Maintenance for CAMO team. Proactive planning for
correcting flaws by handling effective planning of routine tasks with creating on time
packages. Support the operation to avoid delay by looking different option to suit the
situation. Prepare daily reports to visualize the airworthiness of the aircraft for the coming
days.

I HAVE STUDIED MY FIRST DEGREE AT ONE MY BEST UNIVERSITY IN ETHIOPIA FOR 5 YEARS AND GRADUATED ON JULY 2014. I HAVE STUDIED ELECTRICAL AND COMPUTER ENGINEERING WITH SPECIALIZED ON POWER ENGINEERING.

Work & Experience
Preparing Long Term, Three Months and Short Term Forecasts considering Maintenance Program data, based on the Maintenix data and Company Policy/procedure. Create maintenance forecast model per the fleet type against each tail number and modify it whenever required. Creating work package of scheduled Maintenance requirements that will be due within a certain time frame and unscheduled maintenance requirements per maintainix system. Check resources(Materials/Tools) before committing the work packages. Strictly follow Mandatory tasks like AWL, CMR, AD, Hard time components and Eos inspection tasks. Handling of tasks that are deferred from A check due to different issues and I identify the responsible section for the carryover of the tasks. Preparation of different reports for the C of A renewal every year for each Aircraft. Preparation of different reports, agreements for internal and external customers.
Preparing the Evaluation form for bidding based on the customer tasks requirements. Evaluating the customer tasks Man-hour, TAT, and Material cost for those tasks. Preparing(creating) the tasks on the system (MXI System) based on the customer AMM, BTC, CMM, AD, SB and other supportive documents provided from the Customer side. Preparing(Creating) a package for the tasks and advise to the purchasing to prepare required Materials and Tools for the tasks just before the Aircraft hangaring date. Following the day to day status of the maintenance with Base Maintenance Team, prepare different reports for better understanding and visualization of the current status for the Customers and Focal personal.
Evaluate the efficiency of electrical systems, machinery, components and products of the Company Materials. Development and maintenance of electrical control systems, equipment and understand the capabilities of electrical systems and machinery. Addresses and resolves any issues and complaints which was came from the customer due to Power. Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager for those needs material change. Plans ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
