▪Implementation of innovative technology of maximize system reliability and minimize process time/ man power.
▪Preparing preventive maintenance schedule & execution implementation accordingly.
▪All kind of documentation work SOP, Log book, training etc.
▪All kind of documentation work to CGMP & all kind of ERP and SAP system.
▪Preventive/Predictive Maintenance – Responsible for executing planned work schedule as assigned and creating follow up notifications/improvements in SAP system to ensure cost effective and reliable equipment performance.
Achievement:
▪ Enhanced Capacity of Vial filling Machine. Solved PLC hanging problem of NOACK Blister & Powder filling Machine (Macofar Romaco, Italy).
▪Solved communication error problem and renovated PLC programming of PVC bag filling & sealing line (PLUMATE-Germany).
▪ Developed Customize program for DHS and Autoclaves to be complied in thermal mapping test / Qualification.
▪ Developed electronic data recording DHS and Autoclaves to be complied in Qualification / Validation.
▪ Developed PLC based control system in old / conventionally electric control machines.
▪ Rectified PLC program / recipe hanging or locking problems in Sachet Packing lines (SOLPAC) and Autoclave (FEDEGARI).
