Job Tasks - (Line/Base and Cabin Maintenance) • All the Scheduled and Unscheduled Inspections on Honeywell TPE331-12JR Engine. Including, Engine Troubleshooting, Engine Replacements and Rigging, Fuel Control Unit Replacement, Fuel Nozzle Replacements, Engine Accessories removal and installation. • Scheduled and Unscheduled Inspections on Hartzell HC-B4TN-5QL single acting variable pitch Propeller including Removal and installation, Assembling, balancing and vibration checking. • I have been actively involved in Aircraft Line Maintenance Activities (Aircraft Re-fueling, Daily Inspection &Wheels & Brake Units Changes) • Scheduled and Unscheduled Inspections on Wipline Model 8000 Floats including Removal, Inspections & Installation. • Aircraft Structural and Float Structural Maintenance, Wheels & Brakes and Safety equipment on Cessna 208 Amphibian Aircraft and Cessna 208B Grand Caravan Aircraft. • Aircraft Wheel & Brake unit changing and Build-Up / Wheel changes as per approved procedures. Job Tasks - (Head of Stores & Technical Records Executive) • Supervise daily activities of the stores, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping • Schedule and oversee stores team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime • Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed and special tools calibration annually • Meet regularly with head of engineering to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc. • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts • Support data entry aircraft daily hours and cycles, all defects/rectification action taken, data entry daily fuel, oil, hydraulic burn/uplift • Support with planning to record al checks carried out on the aircrafts • Maintaining aircraft technical logbooks and documentations as per requirements of CAASL • Maintaining the logbooks for airframe, engine, and APU as weekly interval
