This program is a 4-year full time, intensive traineeship towards the grant of the CAAM Part-66 Category B - Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's licence. The program encompasses 2,400 hours of theoretical and basic skills training, CAAM Examinations, On-the-Job Training (OJT) on operational aircraft and Assessments. ​

Lead, plan and execute aircraft inspection in timely manner  Organized man hours for each aircraft schedule maintenance inspection - Ensured each inspection has sufficient man powers to deliver the aircraft on time  Coordination planning around real time activities with the Engineering Manager and Chief Engineer - Cooperate with each head department to report on aircraft status  Communicate and forecast with all others departments to ensure resources availability required to meet aircraft schedule maintenance - Assure spares are sufficient and special tools are available  Conduct those duties as directed within the MOE and associated company procedures - Ensured each inspection carry out in accordance with approved AMP, CAAM requirement, and latest OEM revisions  Follow and practice safety instruction and precautions to ensure a safe working environment  Ensure document is completed and review after each inspection for proper record  Gained hands-on experienced on Cessna 172 Series, Piper Warrior II PA 28, Piper Seneca PA 34, Eurocopter AS 355, Robinson R44 - Involved in 50 Hrs and 100 Hrs inspection, engine replacement due for overhaul on Cessna 172, Piper Seneca and Warrior II, turbine replacement on AS 355 engine Rolls Royce 250-C20F
