• To Maintain Commercial and Royal Aircraft Records/Military Aircrafts Records (Routine Cards, Non-Routine Cards, Major). • Updating the component replacement records list in database. • To maintain and file all aircraft, engines and component maintenance documents with accordance with Authority requirement/ lease agreements. • Archiving and registering of aircraft records and updating the aircraft Active and Inactive record list. • Auditing and checking Aircraft A, C, D and other special Checks work packages documentation for completion. • Auditing of all aircraft technical records (AD, SB, MOD) and all other airworthiness related documents to support lease delivery/redelivery. • Inputting of aircraft technical records into database, along with general technical records administration duties such as filing, updating aircraft and engine logbooks, sourcing missing technical log pages, sending out technical log corrections to the Clint. • Scanning of technical documents such as technical log pages, work orders, EOC’s, Deferred Items and Release Documents. • Airworthiness Directive compliance records, Modifications compliance records, Engine/Landing Gears/APU records and component records at the time of Aircraft delivery. • To maintain and scanning the Major Repair & Alterations, EOCs, and Release to Service documents (CRS Certificates.) • To maintain the Incoming Inspection Records, Maintenance Planning Record and Engineering Orders (EOC’s). • Understanding of aircraft documentation such as basic aircraft/engine/APU manuals. • Prepare an Accountability list of Documents received by their respective control number. • The maintenance records are stored and maintained in such a way that all necessary information can be retrieved in a reasonable period of time. • Performed document reproduction, printing documents from electronic sources such as email attachments PDF filies. • Preparing the internal and external audit.
