Airframe Vendor Maintenance – Program Manager

Job Description

The Airframe Maintenance Program Managers are the on-site business and technical managers at each airframe MRO facility.

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of Aircraft Maintenance Experience Airframe and Powerplant License
  • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners
  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)Must be legally authorized to work in China for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degreeB.S in Aviation Related Field
  • Maintenance supervisory experience
  • Line or Base Planning roles
  • Inspection, Planning or Engineering roles
  • SCEPTRE transactions
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Finance
  • Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS)Knowledge of Maintenance Programs, Methods and Standards, Process Optimization
