Jetstar is seeking AMEs to support the maintenance of their A320 and B787 aircraft. Leadership qualities, a strong work ethic, and an inclusive mindset are valued attributes, that will provide you with opportunities to extend yourself further within Jetstar. Taking ownership of your own performance, as well as that of your team is critical. Whether we’re working individually or as a group, we challenge ourselves to continually develop and deliver exceptional results.

Successful candidates you will need to:

  • Have Completed Certificate IV in Aeroskills
  • Experience with A320 and B787 is desirable
  • Have excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage self and others
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Line maintenance experience preferred
  • Have a proven commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Have proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands, particularly when under pressure and/or managing multiple stakeholders; and
  • Hold a valid driving license and the ability to obtain an Airside Drivers Licence
  • Able to perform shift work
