Job Description

Minimum requirements:

1. 10+2/ Candidates pursuing Graduation can Apply.

2. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi Mandatory.

3. 1-2 years of experience in a call center/customer service environment Is a prerequisite.

4. Smart personality, Well Spoken and Should possess customer-oriented Attitude.

5. Team Player, Flexible and willing to work in rotational 24/7 shifts.

6. IT Savvy with Good Working knowledge of Excel Required.

7. Male Candidates preferred.


Key Responsibilities 1. Managing inbound and outbound calls

2. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customers feel valued.

3. Assisting customers’ queries resolving complaints related to their booking & reservations.
