Customer Project Manager

Job Description

In your role, you will:

  • Customer primary point-of-contact in communication, coordination, and follow-up action such as time/labor/material quotes (DAF approval), preliminary invoices (PPI) generated by the planner, giving progress updates, getting customer approval, and debriefing on work packages (induction & output meetings), resolution of squawks, and address warranty issues (ODC & Customer Dispute) (SAP).
  • Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints.
  • Develop Time Line (Gant chart) and maintain a schedule (Pivotal) through aircraft delivery and follow-up.
  • Monitor and oversee workflow to ensure the work package is on schedule and within budget. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Singapore MOE/ Repair Station / Quality Manual, and Site Operating Procedures.
  • Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops; update daily reports on the status of aircraft and report to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the team in returning aircraft to service (RTS) after maintenance.
  • Produce maintenance and other employee reports as assigned (i.e., IW72/CN41, shortage sheet/zoom, and Autotime).
  • Review, approve, and sign final customer invoice as needed (ZPRJ) (i.e., review margin analysis, warranty negotiations, and review of service orders (SVOs).
  • Perform post-work package activities (Pivotal), (i.e., customer follow-up calls, and resolve customer issues after departure.
  • Coordinate with customers concerning entertainment during the site visits.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding financial objectives on all projects.
  • Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program that includes the operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, 5S, general housekeeping, and lean process.
  • Any other Adhoc assignment task by management.


As our ideal candidate,

  • You have Minimum 7 years of experience in performing aircraft heavy/line maintenance
  • You hold Basic knowledge of applicable local regulations NAA, EASA, and Federal Aviation Regulations, for example, parts 91, 121, 135 & 145
  • You have Basic knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for business jet aircraft
  • You have the interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas, and governmental agencies
  • You have verbal and written communication skills
  • You have the planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
