Job Description

Job Overview

Fleet Technical Support department at Vistara provides support for technical documentation and operational data related to aircraft performance and EFB.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Technical Support team by developing software codes (in-house as well as through liaising with external vendors) to augment Flight Operations functions
  • Hardware and software integration, testing of systems for FTS
  • Support FTS team in EFB project for iPad MDM management, implementation and routine monitoring
  • Assist FTS in data entry in worksheets
  • To help maintain Content / Document Management System for all technical manuals handled by the FTS department

Skills/ Attributes

  • Ability to define and document technical processes as required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines
  • Good in collaborating with different stakeholders and drive the common agendas

Work Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in Flight Operations or exposure to Flight Operations documentation is desirable

Qualification

  • Graduate in Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university
