The successful candidate will join the Talent Management section of the Crew Performance & Talent Management (CPTM) department in SIA Cabin Crew Division. He/She will drive effective performance management, talent review, and retention program to achieve a dynamic, capable, and committed pool of SIA cabin crew to achieve the company’s inflight service goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contract Renewal / Employment Extension (CREE)
o Liaise with HR and track crew whose employment contract needs to be reviewed due to nearing contract and employment expiry milestones
o Gather feedback from Ward Management Leaders (WML) and Ward Leader Inflight Auditors (WIA) on the performance of the crew
o Collate and review relevant performance data and qualitative traits of the crew
o Assess and recommend contract renewal and employment extension for decision
o Follow up with HR on the decision made
o Inform crew of the decision and suggest career transition and opportunity
o Maintain the database and statistics of cases reviewed

• Performance Improvement Program (PIP)
o Review the annual work performance of the cabin crew and identify crew members whose performance is below expectation to be placed on the PIP
o Work with the PIP crew on work goals and monitor their progress till they exit the program

• Business Process Redesign
o Review and enhance the robustness and efficiency of existing work performance assessment criteria and process
o Enhance the contract renewal and employment extension Cabin Crew Service Record (CCSR) module

• Strategic and transformation initiatives
o Participate in strategic and transformation projects as and when required

• Degree in any discipline
• Experience in human resources, performance, and/or talent management will be advantageous
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Forms, Power-Automate, Tableau, Power-BI, Project Management (including project planning and use of PM tools such as JIRA), Data Analysis, and Data Visualisation will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Forms, Power-Automate, Tableau, and Power-BI will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical with a keen sense for numbers
• Ability to manage projects independently
• Team player and people-oriented
• Resourceful and adaptable
• Detail oriented
