To ensure day-to-day deliverables towards training support functions in a seamless manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintenance of DPM and FCT training forms
  • Documentation for trainer’s initial upgrade and renewal
  • Issuance of LVO authorization for crew in compliance with the eligibility and training criteria laid down in CAR and OMD
  • Records and system data upkeep towards all type of simulator and line training in line with the compliance of CAR and OMD
  • Custodian for upkeep of training forms at training centers
  • Coordination with finance for processing payments related to training
  • Assist for compliance of training manuals
  • Any other duties as assigned by Asst. Manager/Manager – Training Support & Compliance
