Reporting to the Field Technical Support Manager (APAC),
you will provide technical support knowledge and advice to our customers in the Asia Pacific region.
You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:monitor the satisfaction of all Embraer customers in the region to ensure that the level of technical, operational and air safety support is maintained or improved.
provide technical support knowledge and advice to customers in the Asia Pacific region.
develop and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and key contacts within the industry.
provide regular updates to the team on current customers support product issues and offerings.
provide technical support services to customers and authorized shops in accordance with airworthiness requirements.
prepare, guide and monitor maintenance, structural repair and modifications.
assist and monitor operator technical/performance related evaluations to collect customer data, triggering improvements in cooperation with headquarter and local office about aircraft availability, direct maintenance cost and maintenance /engineering/logistic labour efficiency.
coordinate/take part in meetings in the area of engineering, maintenance with suppliers and customers, certification authorities, provide input and feedback concerning those meetings and conferences.recognize and coordinate customer’s needs towards the responsible area within the company.
support the Flight Safety Representative.
support the Embraer Pool and Repair team and share the Technical knowledge for parts maintenance.
provide feedback to the relevant Embraer areas within the scope of customer services/product support activities (e.g. monthly customer report including status of open and closed items).

Desired Skills and Experience
professional with a Bachelor in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in aeronautical products/ aircraft maintenance operation/ technical support activities provided to customers, including international travels.
Strong knowledge in all aspects of customer operations in the aviation industry
Able to work in a multicultural environment
Good communication and negotiation skills
Committed and flexibleFluent in English
Advantageous to speak Portuguese language for communication with head office
Proficient in MS Office
