LEAD AIRCRAFT MECHANIC (PAINTING)

Job Description

Job Purpose

To carry out approved maintenance, repair, repaint, or partial repaint to the aircraft structure and to components removed from aircraft within aircraft paint shop in accordance with approved documentation and to correct quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Engineering.Mechanical: 3+ Years Vocational or Diploma (12+2 or equivalent): Aircraft maintenance in painting with an airline or an approved aircraft maintenance organization or equivalent formal training in an Air Force. With post-training experience in an aircraft maintenance painting capacity. Knowledge/skills: An in-depth knowledge of maintenance safety, human factors, and general engineering practices is an essential requirement. Must have the ability to read, write and converse fluently in English.
