Job Overview
The Sr. Executive-Talent Mgt & Crew Svs is responsible for processing the administrative requests (application forms, FOREX, uniform, reimbursements, etc.) from tech crew. Additionally, the position is responsible for managing crew communication. The position reports to the Assistant Manager – Talent Mgt & Crew Svs.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling and tracking of pilot grievances and administrative requests and ensure timely resolution
- Strengthen and modify crew engagement process, specifically impacting pilot experience
- Liaise with other departments/divisions to assist resolution of requests
- Collate necessary data and reports to facilitate process improvement
- Drive internal feedback mechanisms to strengthen and improve the existing processes and guidelines
- Facilitate overall crew communications and disseminate information through established channels to crew as collated from other stakeholders
- Manage & update applicable crew admin manuals and handle queries related to the same
- Support and drive crew hiring and induction
- All other duties assigned by the reporting manager

Work Experience
- Preferred 1 year of work experience in report writing and structured communication
- Preferred 1 year of relevant aviation experience
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
