Main Responsibilities :
Assist Store Inspector to ensure implementation of an effective system of
receiving, storage and distribution in the material store daily operations.
Maintain Material Store to ensure it meets authority requirements.

Qualifications :
i. Passed SPM with minimum one years working experience as a store
keeper. OR
ii. fresh Diploma in any discipline from recognized institution.

Specific Functions :
i. Assist Store Inspector to operate an effective stores system for
materials management. All transaction details must be recorded i.e.
Receiving, Issuance, Storage, Stock taking and Inventory data.
ii. Assist Store Inspector in ensuring storage facilities, environment and
arrangements are properly set up & the preservation of parts, handling,
fast and accurate retrieving of spares in a secure and safe
iii. Physical controlling and monitoring the movement of materials during
issuance, receiving and dispatch from stores.
iv. Co-ordinates and processes materials requisition including AOG
requests and preloads.
v. Assist Store Inspector in maintaining, reviewing, updating and
monitoring expiry date listing for the items that has shelf expiry date,
update transaction for materials; ensuring stock level is sufficient to support the operations.
vi. Adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures regarding safety,
housekeeping and security.
vii. Any other task as assigned by the immediate superior.
