Job Description

Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) is hiring for the following positions for Hyderabad and Nagpur locations:

TATA Group

1. Manufacturing Engineer

  • Experience in Designing and reviewing aircraft documents and complex tools.
  • Understanding of SAP, PPAP, APQP, NADCAP.
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineer Drawings

2 Tool Designer

TATA Group
  • experience on creating conceptual tool designs forsheet and machine shop parts using catia
  • preparation of detail 2d tool drawing for manufacturing as per ansi y14.5m
  • knowledge in aerospace material, gd&t, fits and tolerances, manufacturing process

3 TNC Programmer

  • experience on nc programming in catia,nx, vericut, process sheet creation, raw material estimation, apqp document creation
  • knowledge on cutting tools & parameters, 3-axis, 4 axis, 5-axis machining, aerospace material, gd&t, knowledge of millturn and turning programming, cutting of hrsa material e.g inconel 718, titanium.

4 Estimator

  • good knowledge on manufacturing engineering/production, nc programming experience of aerostructure assembly. catia & ug, rfp documents, 2d drawings, 3d cad models
  • understanding on latest machines like high speed aluminium machining and machining of hard metals like steel, titanium, inconel and other nickel based alloys
