Job Description

The training Administrator will provide administrative support for the Training Section on a daily basis and assist in the follow-up of various existing work functions including handling confidential issues which require a high degree of discretion.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:


Maintains and updates training records in order to have accurate, complete, and easily accessible information.

Updates training Data Base in AMPPS system.

Process Airport Passes, and Gate Passes as and when required.

Handles training logistics including training material, course files, and allocation of classrooms.

Raises software requests (Pirana) & coordinates with Facility in maintaining the Dept.

Records & request for Pantry & Stationary items.

Initiating IT calls on the day-to-day requirements.

Processing and arranging duty travels, visa process, tickets, hotel bookings, and process of per diem allowances prior to the commencement of travel.

Maintaining proper filing for all correspondence generated from Maintenance Training offices and to the various departments within Technical, Head Office, and External Service Providers.

Coordinating with external service providers for the services required by the sections.

Handling a wide variety of tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office effectively.

Handle other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management.


Relevant Tertiary, Trade, or Vocational Qualification or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience is required.
The ability to work under pressure with little supervision in a fast-paced environment and the ability to judge multiple tasks simultaneously will be an advantage.
