Job Description

Aarav Unmanned Systems Pvt. Ltd. (AUS) is India’s leading drone solution startup in the commercial segment.

You would be part of

  • Systems and Subsystems Integration, & R&D of multirotor, fixed wing and Hybrid/VTOL UAVs.Work along with Product Development team and contribute to product optimisation
  • Conduct Flight Tests based on appropriate Test Plans
  • Document, Record and Maintain observations
  • Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  • Root Cause Analysis of failures
  • Analyze data and summarize key takeaways from Test Results
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures and Checklists
  • Establish and control relevant processes

We expect you to be

  • Well versed with all bits and pieces of UAV Technology
  • Have hands on experience with any flight control autopilot platforms like ardupilot/PX4 etc
  • Have good communication skills and people skills
  • Have 2-4 yrs of experience in UAV industry

You are awesome if you have

  • Past experience of working on similar responsibilities & roles
  • Experienced in working on complex projects
  • Knowledge of Embedded Systems
  • Have exposure to coding/scripting esp. in C / C++ / Python

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of UAS hardware, software & sensors.Expert knowledge of UAV configuration, autopilot tuning, payload integration
  • Pixhawk autopilot | Ardupilot | Mavlink
  • Ground control software (Mission Planner, QGC – QGroundControl)
  • Experience in UAV Assembly
  • Good knowledge about Embedded Systems
  • Leadership skills
  • Very good team player
  • Problem Solving Attitude
  • Documentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
